1. What i like about this class you write about different things everyday and you learn something new and watching videos of positive things of others doing great stuff for others who are in need for help and doing reading and writing in this class. 

2.what i don't like about the class is writing alot and doing more writing assignment in class cause you have to make them long paragraphs and also is when you can't go on the website you have to go on doesn't let you due to the computer condition .

3. what i think that could improve is doing little stuff like like planning first and then the writing assignment and plan to learn more and instead writing cause i think in point of view many wanna learn knew stuff and learn then writing all the time.

4. The highlight for me was the flash card machine work i was able to most of it instead of not doing none so to me it was the flash cards because it wasn't hard as other assignment were but some were the paragraphs i was able too do as well.

5. I think i tried my best but there always room for improvement to get a better grade in this class by far i feel i done the best to pass this class i did most of my assignment ,flashcard machine work, the daily month, life planning journal as well overall i know i successfully pass this class.

6. Yes i am successfully doing what i have to do for this class reading and writing and being sharp student to pass this class and being 100% honest and not being disrespectful and a ctr student  and doing the things i have to do in the class the right way.

7. Yes i am committed of being a ctr person as well of a person cause ctr takes you to the right place and the big stage and of being a ctr person ive choosen to be ctr with my abllitty to make it to the top.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

"Habit 1 is the key to unlocking all the other habits and that's why it comes first. It says, "I am the captain of my life. I can choose my attitude. I'm responsible for my own happiness or unhappiness. I am in the driver's seat of my destiny, not just a passenger."



 Be Proactive is about taking responsibility for your life. You can't keep blaming everything on your parents or grandparents. Proactive people recognize that they are "response-able." They don't blame genetics, circumstances, conditions, or conditioning for their behavior. They know they choose their behavior. Reactive people, on the other hand, are often affected by their physical environment. They find external sources to blame for their behavior. If the weather is good, they feel good. If it isn't, it affects their attitude and performance, and they blame the weather.The proactive approach to a mistake is to acknowledge it instantly, correct and learn from it. Proactive people recognize that they are responsable  .They don't blame genetics, circumstances, conditions, or conditioning for their behavior. They know they choose their behavior. Reactive people, on the other hand, are often affected by their physical environment.

You create your own destiny and secure the future you envision

Habit 3: Put First Things First
"Organize and execute around priorities." 
 Habit 1 says, "You're in charge. You're the creator." Being proactive is about choice. Habit 2 is the first, or mental, creation. Beginning with the End in Mind is about vision. Habit 3 is the second creation, the physical creation. This habit is where Habits 1 and 2 come together. It happens day in and day out, moment-by-moment. It deals with many of the questions addressed in the field of time management

Habit 4: Think Win-Win
"Think win-win or no deal."
Think Win-Win isn't about being nice, nor is it a quick-fix technique.We think about succeeding in terms of someone else failing--that is, if I win, you lose; or if you win, I lose. Life becomes a zero-sum game. There is only so much pie to go around, and if you get a big piece, there is less for me; it's not fair, and I'm going to make sure you don't get anymore.
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood

The capability of inventing new approaches is increased exponentially because of differences. Valuing differences is what really drives synergy. Do you truly value the mental, emotional, and psychological differences among people? Or do you wish everyone would just agree with you so you could all get along? Many people mistake uniformity for unity;

As you renew yourself in each of the four areas, you create growth and change in your life. Sharpen the Saw keeps you fresh so you can continue to practice the other six habits. You increase your capacity to produce and handle the challenges around you. Without this renewal, the body becomes weak, the mind mechanical, the emotions raw, the spirit insensitive, and the person selfish. Not a pretty picture is it and as you increase your body path and 
 Feeling good doesn't just happen. Living a life in balance means taking the necessary time to renew yourself.

Rule 3: remember names 
We feel more engaged in a conversation when someone uses our name. “A person's name is to him or her is the sweetest and most important sound in any language,” And when you remember someone’s name that you just met it means a lot to the person and it will put a smile on their face that you remembered them. Remembering anyone’s name is important because it might be important in the future.i will apply this to my life to make my life betterand alot easier then it could be.

1. Make no small plans: Plan BIG


big plans They will bring you friends of your own kind. They will protect you from associations that would pull you down and deflect you from your course.
This is a time to be happy. This is a time to feel joy and make friends and enjoy the best this life has to offer. What I have tried to put forth are simply a few suggestions, gained from many years of living, to help you do just that. The world will tell that certain kinds of things will bring you happiness.

2. Do what they fear : Fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and organ functions and ultimately a change in behavior, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events. Fear in human beings may occur in response to a specific stimulus occurring in the present, or in anticipation or expectation of a future threat perceived as a risk to body or life. The fear response arises from the perception of danger leading to connect fearful thoughts although being fearless is rough.




3. willing to prepare: to prepare you always have to have a look out cause you never know what to expect espically any of areas you never been around and always look behind cause you always have to prepare for something and like you have to prepare for like getting your homwork and finishing up notes and getting to class and preparing yourself and always be ahead when your doing something be prepare.



4. willing to risk failure : If you are one who is not willing to fail in a particular area of life, you will make sure that you have no opportunities to fail. There is no doubt that failure is painful and costly, but successful leaders always view failure as a learning process step. The mere fact that we failed at something means we were trying to make something happen. We were executing, and that is truly positive.


5. are teachable  : being teachable you must want to learn and want to be helped on something like you want to be dedicated it an  you want to be like that person who has done everything right and was able to do and achieve that goal you must be focus and dedicated and be teachable and want to learn from verterns to be high achievers like them one day and must sacerfice alot and give it your all and do your best and pay attention all the time and do you an focus and be teachable so it could be easy then ever.`
                                                                                                
 6.have heart  :  Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. Be GRATEFUL  :       Appreciative of benefits received thankful for other people who sacerfice themselves for you and must be grateful to those who been there and give you things out of there pocket and really be grateful who those give you stuff because theres not many people who will do that for you they do it because they care and you must feel really grateful for everything those have done for you it tajkes courage for those to help you with stuff and being grateful is not hard and that helps take you to the next step little by little and that pushes you up there to the stop for example somone buys you food and they help you with something on there free time you must be really grateful for those who help you on there free time therefore later on try to do the same when they do things for you.                        


Be Smart: be smart all the time try your best on all things and be smart on little things you have to do try your best on everything you could possibly do and do everything you could  possibly in a smart way and the right way to achieve something special in life thats why you must do everything you could do in a smart way and be smart in all things in school and more other things you could be smart in is be smart to others be smart to yourself. But there's more to being smart than the ability to talk a good game. There's also math smarts, history smarts, and smarts for everything else they teach in school. And finally, one big smarts is social smarts. 
Be Involved :Pretty much helping out and volunteering to those that really need the help they so need.like helping in an expansion of charities and help with the community. To show a sense of appreciation and goodwill.Making something good for the better. It makes you feel great to be part of something that exists for the good and knowing it’ll make people happy. The rewarding thing of it is the happiness and companionship one can build with others and to be able to know they can make a difference as well. It also encourages those who stand and watch to make them help as well where it can move people to do something when people are interested when someone similar can do something great.
                                                               

  
Be Clean : it is important to be clean , not only in the retrospect of having the house clean and tidy but also with how you are yourself. Of course being neat and tidy help which can be used to being clean at home , work and even at school. Always let the cleanliness of you and what you do help and make a positivity whether helping at home with chores, Helping out at school, Giving a little more time to help at work.Also being clean would also tie down to the admitting of your mistake , you “come clean”. Making sure that there is nothing bad with it because your being honest but also making up for it and being responsible.It makes the negative into a whole new positive which in return this whole new clean feeling makes you light with no pressure and happy.
                                                         
                                                      

Be True : Being true to who you are is important , a way for one step to happiness.Yet being true to others reveals the way you are and who you are as the person you set yourself to be. It shows your good points and what you stand for. Also in being able to be a voice and say what you feel.But also being able to say the truth that hurts others and not giving a white lie.this also reflects on who you are and what you do to change yourself and others. and be true to people don't lie to love ones that have always shown love to you and been there for you
                                                      Be Positive :    be postive most of the time never thing negative cause you think that way you bad about yourself or you feel you cant do nothing right that's why feel postive all the time think of good things you done and make sure to feel postive about yourself all the time and work postive think right feel postive that you can't accomplish anything when feeling right and thinking the right way about yourself.

                                              

Be Humble:   Being humble is having the thought not just the thought of you knowing that you want to but showing it. well that takes the words in not claiming to be the best being true to what you feel but also to what you stick to with your morals in being a humble person.Also being happy as well if i might add.the feeling of being humble is even though you do so much for anything yet you don’t feel the necessity for a big reward just something less or similar to that of less.It makes most of the steps so far show what person you are and how happy you are and doing in something in life and always stay true to yourself and never back down on nothing and do anything right do the right things right and must all times 



Be Still : .Being able to just not do much but think and know there is a solution.basically holding that peace of mind.pretty much just put into the refreshing of your mind and soul. it is a core center key to seeing  and relaxing your positive little minds but also to take a break for a bit.Yes, this the moment of nothingness but quietness of the atmosphere and how you flow with it and come back to reality in a time to be able to be still and just to stay calm and being able to move but stay still most of the time to yourself to not cause anything wrong that happens



Be prayerful : To start off of being prayerful u must be honor and greatful things that had happen out there and pray everyday cause you don't know what to expect out there in the world But the things it taught is to be a more positive person little by little hopefully leaps and bounds in the future.what im really feeling happy for is the fact that so much research is done and a lot is learned as well.Maybe it teaches alot of people to be honor and prayful to change themself to a good way.


Final Reflection:  Starting of  i learned more specifically about the 9 ways.beginning with the first things that i had noticed about the whole research was that many of these things were in retrospect positive.there were great quotes by other people who have said some of the humble words, positive, true and more . But the things it taught is to be a more positive person little by little hopefully leaps and bounds in the future.what im really feeling happy for is the fact that so much research is done and a lot is learned as well.Maybe we can do something like this again to find for more posts . And the last and final post  ends im joyful  to have found the 9 ways to be happy.
